RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURE

You may return unused products to us for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date you received the order, provided that:

  • The product(s) have not been used.
  • The original tags are attached and the packaging is intact.
  • You fill out and include the return form.
  • Mark the items that you will be returning on your sales receipt.
  • Put a copy of your sales receipt (found in the box or re-printed from your account), or email confirmation inside the box
  • Write the order ID # (last 4 digits of SO#) or sale receipt # on the outside of the package next to the shipping label.

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of returns unless we shipped you the wrong item(s). Please use a shipper that can track your shipment and be sure to insure the package.

DID WE SHIP YOU THE WRONG STUFF?
If you ordered blue and we sent yellow or you ordered small and we sent extra large, please accept our apologies and send us an email (orders@dealerswim.com). Please include a description of the problem and the sales receipt #, as well as your name, address, a phone number and time of day we can contact you.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT?
If the packaging appears to be damaged you should report the damage to the delivery person and open the package in their presence. If the product is damaged you must file a claim with the shipper.
